Mr. Hayley is a former military veteran who served for over eight years. He attended Baltimore City Public Schools, Community College of Baltimore, Morgan State University as well as taking extension courses while on military assignment overseas from Oklahoma State University. He spent an accomplished career working at NBC News in Washington D.C. where he was a White House video photographer and audio engineer through seven presidential administrations. Additionally, Mr. Hayley worked as a video journalist and audio engineer on Capitol Hill, Department of State, and the Department of Defense, and for the sports department (NBC SPORTS). He continues to direct and produce video productions under his company ‘Hayley Media Consulting & Associates’.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors for Baltimore Cable Access and currently serves on two Boards; Suited to Succeed, a nonprofit organization which aids women in the transition from welfare to work and the Greater Baltimore Black Chamber of Commerce, one of the founding members State of Maryland Black Chamber of Commerce.
